BASKETBALL COORDINATOR
Liaison with Strafford School administration for use of school gym for games and practices; coordinate with league members to develop game schedule and locations; recruit coaches; manage general equipment; attend monthly board meetings
SECRETARY
POSITION
Attend board meetings; keep accurate minutes and distribute to board for approval; provide any ad hoc correspondence when needed
FUNDRAISING CHAIR
Attend monthly board meetings; develop and execute community based events to raise operating funds for Strafford Recreational Sports
TREASURER POSITION
Develop operating budget; present monthly treasure's report at board meeting; record and deposit all funds; maintain accurate account balance; accounts payable and expense reimbursement; tax filings and annual report; insurance
