What is the Outreach Program?
Gunstock’s Outreach Program is a 4-week program coordinated through our rec department to offer snow sport recreation opportunities to ages 8 – 18 within our community. Students must register with our group to be able to participate in the Outreach Program. Students registered in the Outreach Program purchase and receive: a Midweek or Prime Pass, good all season long; a 50-minute lesson, only available during your group's 4 scheduled Program days; complimentary rentals, during the 4 scheduled Program days; and (4) or (6) BFF 50% off Vouchers for friends and family depending on when you register. Midweek & Prime Season passes receive Lift Ticket Vouchers. Nordic Season Pass holders receive XC Trail Network vouchers.

GUNSTOCK'S AGE REQUIREMENT FOR OUTREACH PROGRAM: AGES 8-18
Starting in 2023, anyone 8-18 will only be able to purchase Outreach passes. If your child did not participate in the program last year and is younger than 8 years old, your child is not able to purchase an Outreach pass. Gunstock offers programs for younger children which can be found on their website.

GUNSTOCK'S LIMIT TO NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
​Gunstock evaluated its program to make sure they are providing a great program for the Outreach Program participants. After evaluating the night program, they feel limiting the number of participants will provide a better experience. If we have reached our limit after registering, you will receive a refund. Announcements will be made. The number for the Strafford Recreational Sports program is the following:​- ​Max # of registrations: 65
- Max # of lessons: 50

Do I need to participate in a lesson to get an Outreach Pass?
No, you can purchase a pass even if you don't sign up for a lesson.​

Do I qualify for free rentals?
All participants who enroll in the Outreach Program are eligible for complimentary rentals!​

Deadline:
Gunstock's Outreach Program Registration closes November 14th. No exceptions.

Wednesday, December 3rd from 3-7 p.m. or Sunday, December 7th from 2-6 p.m.
Outreach Pass Night & Rental Fittings
This is the night to attend to pick up passes if you do not have one, as well as get your rental fitting done. This is the last day to have rentals be pre-set.
