SOCCER
Registration deadline: August 1, 2022
Strafford Recreational Sports offers a wide range of opportunities for youth players K through 6th to get their soccer on.
For grades PK - 2, we have co-ed soccer teams comprised of local youth players, learning skills, who play against other teams from Strafford.
For grades 3 - 6, we offer teams who play against neighboring towns, such as Epsom, Chichester, Northwood, and Pittsfield.
Please note that during preseason league discussions, the topic of co-ed teams at the Grade 3-4 and 5-6 level came up. The idea of going coed came about due to the low registration turnout some towns had last season leaving them with too few players to have a team. If registration turnout is low again this year for those towns, they may move their teams to co-ed. Strafford would then move our grades 3-4 and 5-6 to coed teams to stay on par with the league.
The season begins in August and ends in October.
